Hi Y’all,\u00a0\u00a0I’m Heidi Easley! \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n I\u2019m a mom to my sweet daughter Pixie, a wife to my handsome hubby Bobby, and a creative person in Granbury, TX.<\/strong><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ specialty=”on” admin_label=”About Us” _builder_version=”3.22″ custom_padding=”16px|0px|0px|0px|false|false”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ specialty_columns=”2″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”3.25″][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.0″ text_font=”|700|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_line_height=”1.9em” header_font=”||||||||” header_2_font=”||||||||” module_alignment=”center” custom_margin=”|||” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]\n My life was TOTALLY different 10 years ago after my husband lost his job and shortly after we lost our home. \u00a0 We sold pretty much everything we had.<\/p>\n I remember feeling so ashamed and helpless and NEVER wanted to feel that way again! \u00a0 After moving into an apartment with our small daughter at the time, I took some scrap wood and sawed out a surfboard. \u00a0 I wanted to escape the pain so bad so I used I was an elementary art teacher at the time in Panama City Beach, FL and brought some of my wooden surfboards to paint during lunch. \u00a0 The kids saw them and went CRAZY!!! \u00a0 \u00a0They kept asking over and over… “Mrs. Easley, can you please paint me one! \u00a0 PLEASE!!! \u00a0 Can you put my name on it!!!???”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n After about the 100th kid said this a light bulb went off and I thought to myself… Maybe I can sell these!\u00a0<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”8px|0px|27px|0px|false|false”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.0″ text_font=”||||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ text_line_height=”1.9em” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″ custom_margin=”26px|||||”]\n Long story short my family jumped in and we set up a little spot at Pier Park! In just 2 short months we sold over 1000 hand painted surfboards! \u00a0 We made over $20,000 and I realized that God not only taught me a HUGE lesson but also showed me that I could do what I loved. \u00a0 The talents that He provided me with!\u00a0<\/p>\n After a much-needed move back to Texas, I quickly realized I couldn’t sell many surfboards in the location we chose. \u00a0<\/p>\n A friend asked if I could do a paint party and I showed her a picture of where I had taught a few in Florida. \u00a0 She said… YES, just like that!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n So I began teaching paint parties to just make side money. \u00a0 Not even realizing it would help others… help them to heal… help them to spend time with friends… help them to take a break from the stresses of life and also leave with something beautiful!\u00a0<\/p>\n One paint party quickly led to another. \u00a0 Then another… THEN ANOTHER! \u00a0<\/p>\n After a few years of teaching paint parties and teaching full time, I realized that God had new plans for me.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n This is where He leads me to you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to teaching paint parties, I have had the honor of teaching other women How to Start a Paint Party business and mentor them through my Paint Party Headquarters<\/strong>! \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Our art studio floor looks like a trash can with bouts of glitter on most days!\u00a0<\/p>\n I am the middle child with 2 older brothers and a younger brother and sister. \u00a0<\/p>\n Bobby is my high school sweetheart. \u00a0We have been married for over 20 years. \u00a0 (Yes, I was basically a child bride!) \u00a0<\/p>\n We LOVE our dog Blue SO much!!! \u00a0He follows me around everywhere!\u00a0<\/p>\n I pray every single day! \u00a0Usually many times a day. \u00a0<\/p>\n Pixie wants y’all to know that she LOVES everything magical! \u00a0 Pixie and I talk about our birthdays and plan our birthday parties a whole year in advance. \u00a0 It’s the topic of a lot of our conversations. \u00a0 We’ve already started talking about next year’s birthday before this Bobby hates birthdays.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n Opposites attract!
