There are so many ways you can create a creative business and one really great way is using Social Media and marketing. Sara with ArtVentures Minnesota<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sara is a full-time Art Teacher and I caught her during her lunch break. She is a BRANDING MASTER! Being herself, an authentic person was really important so she asked herself “What are the things that I am passionate about?”. Then she brainstormed when finding a nice and found that hiking, camping and being outdoors is what she loves to do in her down time. Now, when she does a live she can share authentically about things she knows about and when she posts to Facebook she keeps true to that! Sara even stays true to her passions when it comes to the paintings she teaches. Sara’s tip? She loves the quote “Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do.”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sarah with Inspired Partie<\/strong>s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sarah owns a Brick and Mortar studio, but when Covid slowed her in person parties she pivoted. She started a subscription art box membership! Sarah had a personal epiphany about being consistent with her marketing. It is so important to track what you. Marketing is one of the most important parts of your creative business and being consistent is the most important part of marketing. Sarah’s tip? Don’t beat yourself up when you falter in your consistency, just pick up and keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jessica with Creative Soule Art<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jessica does almost every kind of creative thing you can think of. She also has a new 7 month old baby and a 9 year old. Jessica even holds her baby while doing her lives, no excuses! She thinks outside of the box when she thinks of venues for paint parties. She has a background working with Rec Centers and Boys & Girls Clubs. So, she reached out and impressed 3 local centers! Jessicas tip? Contact your local center and pick some dates immediately! Even if you are nervous or scared, just do it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jamie from Creations of Studio 39<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I loved talking to Jamie, she teaches fun and simple ways to be creative in like 30 minutes. On top of that she also has a subscription box where she teaches art journaling. Jamie isn’t typical. She quit her full-time job in December of 2019. With 10 paint parties scheduled in March then Covid hit and she had to cancel all of her paint parties. She was stuck. Paint Party Headquarters became her life line. She started going live on April 1st committed to go live 5 days a week! Jamie’s Tip? The best advice she can give is the same advice Heidi gave her. “Dream Big” and “Fail Fast”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
